How my coaching works

It starts with a phone call (or we can do this over messages if you would prefer) where we can discuss your goals, your experience and put together a plan of action on where we want to get you to.

Using this information I’ll create you a personalised nutrition plan that will include all of your meals and snacks, recipes and ingredients, macros and calories. This will take into account all of your likes/dislikes, preferences and allergies and include plenty of tasty recipes to keep you on track and avoid cravings.

Next I’ll create your training plan. This is completely individual, based on your experience, goals, strong/weak areas, injuries and current ability. Like your meal plan this will be continually reviewed and updated throughout your coaching journey to ensure you are continuing to be challenged and pushing yourself right up until that last rep!

Accountability is so important! If you have someone in your corner celebrating your wins and cheering you on when you lose motivation you are SO much more likely to succeed and reach your goals. That’s why I check-in with my clients every week to find out how they have been getting on, give them tips, motivation, update their plans and ensure they stay on track. If you complete your check-in’s every week you are guaranteed to see progress.

Support – I’m here to help you reach your goals (whatever they may be) coaching with me is a non-judgemental space and you can reach out to me with any questions or advice needed. I’ll share all of my knowledge from working with 100’s of women to help you get to where you want to be. Included in my app is a chat feature where you can reach out to me anytime and get the answers you need.

About Me

Hannah Atkinson

I created an online coaching service specifically for women as I know just how hard it can be to find the right kind of training. I had struggled with my body and my confidence for years and I was always too scared to go to the ‘weights area’ of the gym. I felt a lot of pressure to look a certain way and it wasn’t until I found a coach who showed me how to train correctly that I was able to take control of my fitness and look and feel the way I have always wanted to. I want other women to have the same experience that I did, to help them make time for their goals, transform their bodies, confidence and their mindset, so that they can live healthier and happier lives. I’m a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Online Coach. I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2017 and have since worked with 100’s of clients to help transform their mindset and bodies so they can live a more confident, happy and healthy life.
